Emils first day in kindergarden

Off we go, all of us a little bit tired and very exited. Emil`s first day in his kindergarden called Nyborg, only a few steps away from our house. Its a great place with lovely caring people. There`s even a man there, Stein, and he plays the guitar too. So guess who is Emil`s new hero... Emil stills cry in the morning when we leave him, but it seems like he is slowly adjusting into this new phase of his life. No growth without pain, isnt it so? :)

Our new house

Saturday afternoon and time to relax, watch childrens telly and have some candies. Tommy used the little break to give you an impression of our new house on video. Welcome in!

Oh my Emmylou!

Just have to share one of my best summer memories. I got a concert ticket for my birthday from Tommy. Emmylou Harris came over from the US to play in Trondheim and it was a great experience. I have been a fan for years and it was nice to finally see one of the grand old ladies perform. In my view she is a legend. Even got the chance to drink a cold beer with my hubby, hah, hah.

Emil is walking

Wow, we have moved!

Hi all, and yes its sure been a while since our last post here. Our days since June have been busy. We have moved from Sømna to Trondheim. One new house, two new jobs, two new kindergardens - one new life. It both takes and gives energy, and we are slowly settling in. So far we are very happy with our big choice about going back to Trondheim. We will post lots of new pic from our house and new life soooooooon...... But for now I will share the very important "First walk"-video of Emil. 17 months old and still not walking, not even a single step... then suddenly this Friday he just started to walk.

Hipp hurra for 17.mai!!!

We had a nice celebration today. Unfortunately Emil had to stay home with grandpa when we went out for the parade, since he got the flu with fever. He will come back stronger though. Sanna just love to shout "Hurra" and hold the flag - and sing together with the kids from kindergarden. Hipp, hipp hurra! Here is a few pics:
